I can’t even begin to explain how special this trip has been!

I can’t even begin to explain how special this trip has been! From the moment we got off of our very tiny plane we were greeted with such kindness! The entire team has been beyond wonderful! It didn’t take long for us to love the people and the island! After a day of snorkeling and hanging in the sun, I got the surprise of a lifetime! [My boyfriend] got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!! Sharing that moment with family was so great! The Royal Belize team immediately turned the night into a celebration! They even decorated our room with flowers and a bottle of champagne! It was more than I ever could have hoped for! So special! I am so excited to spend the next 5 days with these awesome people! #Royal Engagement

My only complaint is that our trip went too fast!

My only complaint is that our trip went too fast! One would think a week in a place where time moves slowly would be sufficient, but we truly needed more time.  Being able to relax and be waited on doesn’t come natural, but the staff makes it not feel so abnormal—simply because they seem to enjoy the little details that make all the difference.  Watching Joe from afar, it didn’t matter if he was assisting at spear fishing—or mixing a cocktail—he was smiling!  As I scanned through this book there was a common denominator in that everyone raved about the staff.  We expected after reading that we would leave feeling like family—and we did, but there was one team member that has an imprint on who I am as a person.  I am a better person for coming here and meeting Mr. Teo—and I say that because he so consistently called me Miss.  To say that one person can affect your trip so hugely is pretty powerful considering having your own “private island” is checking a pretty box off a bucket list.  This is a place where you can find yourself, love yourself, and find a renewed sense of yourself again.  This is a place you come to without knowing you needed soul searching—only to fill a void you didn’t know you were missing.  Now a part of me will still be missing because I am leaving it here—gladly.

I love this island, I loved the food, I loved the activities, I loved the cozy beds, I loved the staff, but most of all I love our friends for blessing us by bringing us here.

“Jeff’s First Group”

God had blessed our group by giving us the opportunity to not only enjoy one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen but also the experience of meeting all the staff of Royal Belize.  A place is only a place no matter how pretty. The people and individuals that you meet and share your experiences with make it a memory of a lifetime.  Thanks to each and every one of the staff members for their individual attention, generosity, and kindness during our stay.  Without you—none of this would be possible.  The food was absolutely amazing.  All the fishing, activities, and service was impeccable. We booked our trip in January and we were looking forward to the trip for so long.  Royal Belize has exceeded every expectation and beyond.  The peace and solitude you find here is truly a gem found nowhere else in the world.  We have been blessed to have been able to stay here.  To all the staff, Tracy—Lynh—God bless and we will be returning again.  Till we meet again.

How do you describe what you weren’t even able to dream?!

How do you describe what you weren’t even able to dream?! There is no picture and there are no words that do any justice to this little piece of the universe.  But I can tell you about the spirit of this island and the people that take care of it and us.  The spirit of this island washes over you like the waves.  It is carried on every breeze and is heavy with the scent of tropical flowers.

While this was a vacation, this island almost forces you to have some kind of spiritual experience.  You can get lost in very deep thoughts or you can release your mind and take in what the island what's to show and tell you.

In our 5 days we experience an engagement, a floating lantern ceremony, sending out wishes, gratitude and prayers to the sea, a scattering of ashes of a dearly departed canine companion that would have loved running in the sand and the waves and finally on great was called to be baptized in the sea with a conch shell.

This island will move you if you listen!

Trace and Lynh set the tone of generosity, kindness, and skillfulness that is demonstrated in their entire staff daily.

Though they are never intrusive or overwhelming, they are always available at a moments notice and are gifted at anticipating one's every need.

The staff is accommodating, helpful, patient, funny, and very interesting to get to know.  No matter your skill level, no one is made to feel silly or awkward but rather inspired to try thing they’ve never tried!

Thank you personally to Tracy and his incredible patience, kindness, and helpfulness during my reef snorkeling! I found my bravery because of you.

We are already planning our next trip and will be returning here as many times as they will have us.

There is never enough time to tell all the stories or relate all the experiences in a guest journal but our minds and hearts runneth over...until next visit.

Where do I begin?

Where do I begin?  This has truly been the trip of a lifetime.  A beautiful place, a wonderful staff, fabulous food, and amazing adventures (including 5 activities I’d never experience as a non-swimmer).  This trip has created memories we’ll be recalling for the rest of our lives.  Thank you.

Now we truly know what it feels like to be treated like royalty!

Now we truly know what it feels like to be treated like royalty! What a special experience we have had here.  Tracey and Lynh are wonderful and running a fabulous enterprise.  We loved the philosophy and when we saw about how they are training the staff.  Everyone on the staff was so fantastic—so solicitous of our well being, so sweet, so friendly, so helpful.  They anticipated our every need and jumped to fulfill it.

We spend an amazing 6 days here as a group.  The staff was beyond accommodating and kind.  My best memories will be the snorkeling trips, finding Iggy every day, and watching the stingrays swim through the channel.  Sad to leave but looking forward to returning for more memories.

What a blessing to be included in the paradise of Royal Belize this week!  Every single thing about it was a favorite~the A+ team, the beautiful scenery and water.  The water all around the island, the boat trips, water sports, the fabulous foods, the yellow house fun with the [other family on the island], and especially the time with the two of you!  We loved every minute and will be your new ambassadors telling others about Royal Belize!

What a wonderful place—I don’t want to go home.

What a wonderful place—I don’t want to go home.  The entire Royal Belize team—Tracy, Lynh, Joe, Maya, Junior, Nikka, Roonie, Tio, on and on across the board were fantastic. (I apologize for the names I missed and those I misspelled).  Thank you to the Poston’s and this wonderful team for being such great hosts. We had fun across every activity—jet ski, kayak, snorkeling, diving, relaxing, etc. It was great to get a workout in each day, and the food was FANTASTIC! We look forward to returning!

When I told my friends and teachers that I was going to Royal Belize

When I told my friends and teachers that I was going to Royal Belize, they were like...LUCKY!  I was lucky.  There was so many exciting activities that we did in Royal Belize.  Some of my favorites are going snorkeling and seeing many fish, starfish, and ex.  I also, liked looking for the hermit crabs, in the water by the shore.  The jet skis was one of my favorites too when I rode it with the staff and my family.  The staff was all wonderful, so helpful to everyone.  In the future I will come back to Royal Belize!
